An internal change to a database on Thursday 2/11 led to an occasional issue with users logging in. We were made aware of this issue at around 9:35AM on Thursday 2/11 and found that the issue only impacted Single Sign-On users. Once identified, the issue and resolved by 9:43AM. No action is needed by users and all systems are back to normal.
